崗位職責：
1. 熟悉公司所有的產品型號、結構、性能。對相應的數控設備要會操作。對社會上存在的相似設備也要有認識。
2. 能客觀地處理客戶的投訴，有良好的溝通表達能力。包括語言、肢體、外表都要有專業的風範。
3. 對口專業中專及以上文化程度。跨專業的不容易開展工作。一專多能的人才ZUI佳。
4. 良好的職業道德。以負責的態度對待工作，不能踢“皮球”。
崗位要求：
1. 負責設備安裝、調試、培訓、維修等；
2. 處理客戶的投訴或建議。發揮公司與客戶的溝通橋樑作用；
3. 出外勤，解決設備的故障。做好故障記錄並定期回訪；
4. 每月或按公司既定的時間段裏做出故障分類統計，向公司彙報設備售後情況，為公司改進產品提供依據；
5. 能完成公司安排的計畫外工作。如設計、裝配、業務等工作。
